The ideal time to visit depends on what you want to see. For the Serengeti migration, the peak periods are from June to October when the herds are often found in the central and northern Serengeti. Ngorongoro Crater is a year-round destination, though it’s cooler during the rainy seasons (April to May and November).
Pack lightweight, breathable clothing in neutral colors for game drives. Bring a warm layer for cooler mornings and evenings, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Don't forget a camera, binoculars, and any personal medications.
Yes, both Entamanu Ngorongoro and Serengeti Safari Camp offer luxury accommodations with comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, and stunning views. The camps are designed to provide a high level of comfort while ensuring an authentic safari experience.
Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
In the Ngorongoro Crater, you can expect to see the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino), along with other wildlife such as zebra, wildebeest, and various bird species. In the Serengeti, you’ll have the chance to see large herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle, as well as predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas, especially during the migration season.
